Get the best performance from your handmade scented candle with these simple steps:

• First lighting:
  For the first burn, let the candle burn until the entire top is completely melted. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn.
• Cut the fuse:
  For a clean and safe flame, always trim the wick to approximately 5mm before relighting the candle.
• Safe placement:
  Place the candle on a heat-resistant and stable surface. Avoid places close to flammable materials such as curtains or furniture.
• Never leave candles unattended:
  Stay nearby while the candle is burning and extinguish it before leaving a room or going to sleep.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets:
  Make sure that curious hands or paws cannot reach the candle.

Tips:

• Do not let a candle burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer to prevent splashing.
• Store the candle in a cool, dry place to keep the fragrance at its best.

You can easily remove the candle wax residue with some hot water and dishwashing liquid. Then dry the candle pot thoroughly.
